125th Anniversary Bottle

It was in 1866 that Jack Daniel first registered his business with the United States Government, making 1991 the Jack Daniel Distillery’s 125th Anniversary. Though no registration records exist today, it is believed that these dates designate it as the oldest registered Distillery in the United States. It is also listed as a National Historic Site.

In 1990, to celebrate its 125th Anniversary, the Distillery released a 1 liter commemorative bottle filled with 86 proof whiskey. Sold in a box and with a numbered hang tag that could be registered with the Distillery, this bottle honors the hard work that has gone into the Distillery’s long history of success.
